M&A Advisory 

We can provide advice to buy-side and sell-side companies on their merger or acquisition strategy and execution. Typically this will involve the identification and validation of suitable candidate companies, make initial contact with their business owners and/or their  corporate development officers as appropriate.

Advisory assistance is then available on deal structure and company value, whilst also taking a management and co-ordination role in the resulting buy-side or sell-side negotiations. Our services can include:
